Aldinga Bay Physio
Anthony is a strong believer in hands on manual therapy, complemented by exercise rehab, to limit injury recurrence.
He has always been involved with sports teams wherever he has worked including, East Midlands England hockey development squad, Derby Rugby Club, Port Melbourne in the VFL and various other club teams.
Anthony has over 17 years experience working as a Physiotherapist. He was born and raised in Ireland before moving to the UK to study BScPhysiotherapy. He has since worked as a Physio in the UK, Melbourne and around Adelaide, after moving to SA in 2015.
Anthony has always been interested in sport and keeping active. He primarily played
Gaelic football and soccer growing up. Now he mainly keeps active looking after his small property in Willunga, running after his 2 kids and he still tries to play a bit of Gaelic football in the Adelaide comp.

Tri graduated from the University of South Australia with a degree in Podiatry. Since graduating in 2012, Tri has enjoyed working with people of all ages who suffer foot and lower limb complications and understands the importance of early intervention.
Tri holds professional memberships with Sports Medicine Australia, Australian Podiatry Association and Sports and Exercise Podiatry Australia.

Lauren is a highly experienced dietitian, who is passionate about supporting her clients to achieve their health goals. Lauren works closely with clients to deeply understand their individual health and life circumstances, in order to develop a tailored plan, specific to each patient.
Lauren believes that true eating behaviour change doesn’t come from simply telling people what to do, but by supporting people with how to change, helping find strategies to overcome challenges and providing supportive, non judgemental guidance along the way.
Lauren’s friendly and empathetic nature, along with her expertise from over a decade of dietetics experience, helps you get the results you need, and empowers you to take charge of your health for the long term.
SA Pathology are open from 8:00 until 4pm daily for blood tests and pathology collection.
